The Road Between Heaven and Hell (part 1)

Made in 1984 this short documentary tells the story of the legendary 19th century wanderer, the Leatherman. His circular route brought him through towns in New York and Connecticut on a very regular schedule. A new book about the Leatherman, with new information, will be published shortly by Wesleyan University press.
