This was a part of my EDC for about 7 months. Recently I have moved up to the Juice S2 due to it's increased capabilities. I especially like the scissors on the Juice S2. The Gerber Vise weighs in at 2.5oz and the Leatherman S2 Juice comes in at 4.4oz. The extra 2oz for the S2 Juice is well worth the extra weight in my EDC. This is a high value MT at the price point of $12 - 15 at Cheaper than Dirt or other online retailer.

Here is the small Leatherman S2 Juice Multi-Tool. This delivers many tools for a slightly high price. Priced under $50, it could be a tad easier on the wallet. Probably paying for that 25 year warranty. The scissors are really bad, and knife isn't that great, but I think sharpening will get the blade to be passable. Le test consiste à couper un câble en acier de 3 mm de diamètre. Ont été convoqués les multioutils suivants : - LEATHERMAN Charge XTi, - GERBER Suspension, - SOG PowerAssist, - VICTORINOX SwissTool. Le Gerber Suspension est incapable de couper le câble (coupe-câble non marqué). Le Leatherman Charge XTi présente une pince dont les mords se décalent d'une façon inquiétante et se bloquent fortement; il se montre incapable de couper le câble (coupe-câble non marqué). Le Victorinox SwissTool présente une pince dont les mords se décalent un peu mais ne se bloquent pas; il parvient à couper le câble (coupe-câble non marqué). Le SOG PowerAssist réussit correctement le test (coupe-câble marqué). Grosses déceptions donc s'agissant du Leatherman Charge et du Victorinox et agréable surprise concernant le SOG PowerAssist. Néanmoins, le coupe-câble de ce dernier se trouve marqué et une petite rectification à la lime s'impose suite à ce test limite qu'il convient de ne pas répéter. Le SOG PowerAssist doit sa puissance de coupe, donc de serrage, à la démultiplication amenée par les engrenages de la pince. Nota : j'ai eu un problème pour refermer le SOG à cause de son fichu capot à outils qui s'était désolidarisé de son manche. ATTENTION : voir ma vidéo intitulée "Leatherman vs Sog vs GERBER vs Victorinox : WIRE CUTTER TEST II". Une surprise vous attend :)
